Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

At Let’s Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs. Our Chief Operating Officer is looking to add an enthusiastic, assertive and organised with a high attention to detail, to assist in the smooth running of operations management across the organisation. You will be a considered individual, who cares about people, and making a difference where it matters most. This role requires an individual who is driven to support Let’s Talk Well to achieve its ambitions at pace, today and in the future.

Place of Work: Let’s Talk Well, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend Let’s Talk Well meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.
Post: 18 – 22 hours a week to be worked over a minimum of 4 days per week.
Rate of Pay: Grade A: £26,617.50 - £27,085.50. Starting salary of £13.65 per hour: £26,617.50 per annum full time equivalent (pro rata for part time employees). Salary is dependent on experience.
