Our approach is built on:
- Early intervention and prevention that helps young people access support sooner
- Safe, effective and high-quality practice

- Collaborative partnership working across sectors
- Continuous learning, development and improvement
Young Person Centred
Children, young people and families are at the heart of everything we do. Their voices shape our services, ensuring support is relevant, accessible and meaningful.
Our services are:
- Accessible and easy to engage with
- Inclusive and welcoming to all
- Designed around local needs and priorities
- Responsive to individual needs and experiences
- Focused on positive outcomes and lasting impact
Flexible and Collaborative
No two communities are the same, which is why we tailor our approach to local needs and work alongside existing services to strengthen local support networks.
We achieve this through:
- Building strong partnerships with local organisations and communities
- Complementing and enhancing existing provision
- Adapting services to local priorities and emerging needs
- Sharing expertise, knowledge and resources
- Developing sustainable solutions that create lasting impact
- Working together to improve outcomes for children, young people and families
My biggest takeaway has been learning to believe in myself and my ability to make a difference. I’ve become more confident in speaking up, working with others, and understanding that even small contributions can have a positive impact.
I hope the LTW Collective continues to grow and inspire more young people to get involved, share their experiences, and create positive change. I hope it remains a place where everyone’s voice is heard, valued, and respected."

“When I came, I was feeling really low and felt that not many people understood what I was feeling. During counselling, I have seen that there was someone who did understand."
