Caroline Edie-Treloar
Carol's whole career has been in the public and charity sector, and most of her voluntary work over that same period of time has involved working with young people. Being able to freely offer the skills and experience she has gained throughout her career and use them for the benefit of young people is, for her, the perfect way to serve.
Carol considers it a privilege to be a part of Let's Talk Well. It is a brilliant organisation, doing fantastic work that will make a lasting difference to young people for the rest of their lives.

Hannah Coppard
Hannah is a Senior Social Worker in her day job and has been a children's social worker for 15 years, working in Social Care, Education and Charitable organisations. Because of Hannah’s work she knows how crucial emotional support is to young people as well as guidance to their parents and carers.

John Dorrington
John feels it a privilege to be a trustee for Let’s Talk Well, he was voted a trustee at the April 25 board meeting, so there's lots to learn but he is excited to play a part in our hugely successful charity. John lives in Chepstow with his wife; they have 4 grown up children and a growing number of grandchildren. He worships nearby at St Lukes Tutshill and his faith continues to grow as part of his life.
John retired 3 years ago from a 37-year career in Marks & Spencer PLC, holding various leadership roles across the organisation in stores and support functions that took him to many parts of the UK and Ireland to live and work. He really enjoyed this time working for an organisation that believed n acting with integrity towards customers, colleagues and suppliers, in a very competitive industry he to learnt to make change part of everyday life but equally learnt the importance of engaging colleagues to be involved in the change. During his career he had several opportunities to support young people into the business giving insight into how the right environment and support can give young people with fragile confidence the opportunity to shine.
John looks forward to bringing this experience to support the board in its strategic direction for the future and being part of the wider Let's Talk Well team.
