This means our tutors bring real-world, up-to-date insights into the training room, ensuring that our teaching evolves in response to the changing landscape of counselling, especially in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

We model the same empathy, authenticity, and compassion in the training room that we offer to our clients in the counselling room. Our students are more than learners—they become part of our community. They are supported not only by our dedicated tutors but also by our wider agency team, creating a unique and enriching training experience.

All of our courses are accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB). In addition, our Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas hold accreditation from the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

Our training is grounded in an integrative model, with Person-Centred Theory at its core. We also draw on a range of other approaches, including the Proactive Approach (as advocated by Geldard, Geldard & Foo), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and creative and symbolic strategies.

Graduates from Let's Talk Well go on to work in a wide variety of settings. Some join our own counselling service or training team, others move into agency work or establish successful private practices. Wherever they go, they carry with them the values, skills, and confidence nurtured during their time with us.
