Training Coordinator

View all vacancies

At Let’s Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.

Alongside our direct support services, we deliver high-quality, accredited counselling training through experienced practitioners who actively work with clients. Our commitment to excellence shapes everything we do — from the support we provide to the learning we deliver.

We are now looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Training Team and help ensure the smooth, effective running of the department. This is a key role that supports compliance with CPCAB requirements, coordinates communication across departments, works closely with students, and helps oversee the internal verification process for all courses.

What You’ll Bring

You will be a thoughtful, organised individual who genuinely cares about people and the impact high-quality support can have. You’ll be driven, proactive, and passionate about helping Let’s Talk Well achieve its ambitions — today and in the future.

What We Offer

In return, you’ll be joining an organisation deeply committed to those we support, as well as to our staff and volunteers. We will invest in your development, nurture your passion, and give you the space to truly make a difference to the lives of young people, their families, and our wider community.

Our Commitment to Inclusion
