Free counselling and support for 9-25 year olds
At Let's Talk Well we’re here to support children and young people aged 9-25 and their families living in Gloucestershire.

I am a 9-25 year old
Whether you come along to counselling or join one of our online sessions, we create a safe space where no problem is too big or too small.
I am a parent or carer
Our advice line and workshops are here to help you understand and learn effective coping strategies when your child needs you.
I want to become a counsellor
Counselling can be highly effective as an early intervention strategy and ongoing emotional plan to support young people in the education or work environment.
At Let's Talk Well, we’re here to talk. And we’re here to listen.
We all go through times when we feel worried, frustrated, angry or sad. When it happens to a young person, it can be confusing, upsetting and they may not know where to turn.
We work with 9-25 year olds in Gloucestershire. Whatever they’re going through, it can help to chat and, critically, to be listened to. It’s not just about talking, some young people don’t always feel ready to talk.

Press release: Gloucestershire young people’s mental health charity rebrands
We are proud of our work and achievements over the last 30 years, originally as Teens in Crisis, and it is vital that we continue to deliver this important work. We are determined to reach many more children and young people over the next 30 years and beyond. That’s why we have changed our name and branding – to make sure everyone who needs our help knows we are here for them.

Launching our new name
For over 30 years, we’ve been proud to serve young people as Teens in Crisis / TIC+. However, as times change, so does language. We came to realise that our name had, in some cases, become a barrier to young people accessing our services.
