At Let’s Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.

An opportunity has become available to join our dedicated and passionate Human Resources team located at our Head Office in Mitcheldean. As HR Assistant you will work closely with the HR Coordinator to support in the smooth running of HR operations. This role is ideally suited to an individual who is highly organised, enthusiastic and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Place of Work: Let’s Talk Well, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, GL17 0DD. You may also be required to attend Let’s Talk Well meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.

Terms: Permanent subject to a satisfactory 6-month probation period and funding.

Post: 25 hours per week.

Rate of Pay: Grade A £24,570.00 - £25,252.50 per annum, pro rata for part-time employees. Salary dependent on experience.
